Submit a URL
POST/submissions
Queues a URL for analysis in an isolated browser. The response includes the
report_id the finished report will have. The URL must be an absolute http
or https URL whose host resolves only to public addresses; .onion hosts are
accepted without resolution. Submit only URLs you are authorized to analyze.
The body is at most 64 KiB; a larger body returns 400. Quota class
submission_create.

BAD_REQUEST: a parameter is missing or invalid, or a cursor was reused with different parameters.
MISSING_API_KEY: the x-apikey header is missing.
INVALID_API_KEY (the key is invalid or disabled, or could not be verified) or FORBIDDEN (the key may not use this operation).
RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: a quota is exhausted. Wait Retry-After seconds. Rejected requests are not counted.
