Look up URL reputation
POST/reputation/lookup
Evaluates exact URL and FQDN reputation over the last 30 days and returns the
stronger verdict. Registrable-domain reputation is not applied; URL wins ties. For an
IP-hosted URL only the exact URL verdict is considered. The body is at most 1 MiB; a
larger body returns 400. Quota class reputation_lookup.

BAD_REQUEST: a parameter is missing or invalid, or a cursor was reused with different parameters.
MISSING_API_KEY: the x-apikey header is missing.
INVALID_API_KEY (the key is invalid or disabled, or could not be verified) or FORBIDDEN (the key may not use this operation).
RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: a quota is exhausted. Wait Retry-After seconds. Rejected requests are not counted.
