Update a YARA rule set
PUT/detection/yara/sets/:set_id
Replaces the name, description, and visibility. Only the owner may update a set;
an omitted or empty visibility keeps the current one. Quota class yara_write.

NOT_FOUND: the resource does not exist or is not visible to the caller.
RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: a quota is exhausted. Wait Retry-After seconds. Rejected requests are not counted.
